US Zionist Gaza Genocide Continues: At least 56 victims of today's bombings by the murderous state
At least 56 people have been killed this morning in Israeli attacks on Gaza, hospital sources. At least 14 of that number were killed in the north
US Zionist illegal bombing war against Iran was merely a side show.
US-backed Zionist Gaza Genocide continues unabated.
In the wake of the fragile ceasefire with Iran, the murderous state of Israel continues unabated by the massacre of the Palestinian people.
Israeli fire and airstrikes killed at least 56 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, local health authorities said.
Seventeen people were killed after an Israeli raid on a group of civilians near the al-Baraka junction in the central Gaza city of Deir al-Balah, Civil Defense spokesman Mahmoud Bashal told AFP.
The Palestinian enclave's Civil Protection said the victims included six people seeking humanitarian aid who were killed by Israeli fire on Monday.
In total, at least 549 Palestinians have been killed trying to get aid since the notorious U.S.- and Israeli-backed Humanitarian Aid Foundation for Gaza (GHF) began operating four weeks ago, according to the Gaza government's press office.
Attacks on the "death traps," the Gaza authority said in a statement, have also caused 4,066 injuries and left 39 missing, including starving Palestinian civilians.
"What is happening in these so-called 'centers' constitutes a comprehensive war crime for which the Israeli occupation bears primary and direct responsibility. We strongly condemn this ongoing crime, where starving civilians are swept away and then systematically and deliberately shot on a daily basis according to predetermined timelines."
"The occupation uses food as a weapon of mass extermination, turning what it claims to be 'aid' into a tool of extermination and domination," the press office added.
Negotiations for a "ceasefire" and prisoner exchange
After announcing a fragile ceasefire between Iran and Israel, U.S. President Trump claimed yesterday that "great progress" had been made to "end" the war in Gaza. He expressed the belief that the attacks on Iran "will help the release of the hostages in Gaza." Trump linked the "progress" made in Gaza, without specifying what he meant, to U.S. strikes that "obscured," in his opinion, Iran's nuclear program.
A Hamas official told AFP yesterday that they had never stopped and instead had intensified contacts with mediators with a view to a ceasefire with Israel.
Meanwhile, against the backdrop of the war in Gaza, the Israeli government is using every opportunity to increase surveillance and policing measures for the population. Yesterday, a Knesset legislative committee approved a six-month extension of a bill that allows the hacking of citizens' internal circuit cameras by the internal security agency, Shin Bet.
West Bank: 15-year-old Palestinian killed by Israeli fire
Yesterday, the Palestinian Al Quds News Network reported that the Israeli army carried out a drone raid on the town of al-Yamun near Jenin in the occupied West Bank, killing a 15-year-old Palestinian and wounding several others.
The Palestinian Authority said the victim was Rayan Tamer Hussiya, who was shot in the neck when he was shot by Israeli soldiers.
Later last night, hordes of Jewish settlers cold-blooded Palestinians in the village of Kafr Malik (northwest of Ramallah) wounded at least 10, some of whom suffered serious head injuries.

‘The 12-day war’
Trump calls it the ‘12-day war.’ An illegal war on Iran started by Israel and supported by Washington. After the American attack on Iranian nuclear assets, Tehran retaliated with great sophistication. It would seem that was enough for Trump to call it quits. So, what was this war all about?
