Acting with impunity

The West has much to answer for: using Ukraine as a proxy to defeat Russia, aiding and abetting Israel’s many acts of aggression and genocidal war against the Palestinians, and finally taking part in an unprovoked war on Iran. What do all these transgressions have in common? A sense of legal impunity. The West is literally destroying the international system.

*American imperial exceptionalism is the belief that the United States is either distinctive, unique, or exemplary compared to other states within World Community.

American elites justify this by stating that their vague values, political system, and historical development of the U.S. are unique in human history, often with the implication that it is both destined and entitled to lead “the free world” by playing a distinct and positive role in international relations.

American exceptionalism means basically, US Empire makes and breaks its own rules or rules of international law of nations at will and can be based on vague “interests of national security.”

Imperial Impunity is Immune

US Unipolar Empire’s Impunity is Immune from World Community Prosecution since Empires make and/or break the rules of international laws, conduct and accountability by virtue of possessing institutional and military powers.

Imperial Rogue State

A rogue state refers to a nation governed by an anti-democratic autocratic regime but may designate itself as a “democracy” that significantly limits human rights and freedoms within and without its own borders.

Such states often display hostility toward international humanitarian laws, international relations laws, and international norms of conduct as pronounced under the UN Charter in their relations with the World Community.

The United States is known to support terrorism and/or support of proxy rogue states or regimes that serve its “national security interests” who engage in state terrorism.

Additionally, rogue states acquisition or development of weapons of mass destruction such as Israel while being supported by protective peer powers such as US, UK or NATO.

Examples of rogue states include the preeminent US National Security State, United Kingdom, NATO allies, Israel which conduct their policies in a manner that is unpredictably dangerous, often ignoring international laws and diplomatic norms.
